I requested the NYT bound guide with customization these were promoting for $74.99 with ASSURED shipping on or before 12/22. Following the run-around, I came across on 12/23 the guide hadn't actually been delivered however and R/E attributed their "outside" merchant. I paid extra for delivery and customization and was really upset in the insufficient follow-through in the organization. I reported towards the BBB in North Park wherever Red Cover is situated, seeking a complete refund. I obtained a contact from Red Cover recently about how essential customer support would be to them-and they were refunding entirely what I settled. Today after examining my bank account I came across that Red Cover again DEBITED they charge of the guide from my bill. Because this really is a merchant account I just maintain $5.00 and only use for onlineshopping, I had been also struck by having an overdraft charge of $34.00 along with the $74.99 Red Cover AGAIN billed me. Therefore today I've settled $74.99 TWICE along with a $34.00 lender charge along with it. Oh yes, the guide ULTIMATELY came on 12/28. Merry Christmas. Red Cover is just a TERRIBLE organization - DON'T UTILIZE THEM.

Sent a fax offering a free copy of National Restaruant Guide. We did not expect to be billed $199. Oo... Supposedly to cover the "cost of inclusion." We only wanted a free copy of the guide
