Al Williams Paid in full no services rendered

I paid Al Williams in full to remove negative items as well as inquiries from my credit file. Every time I attempted to contact Mr. Williams he was either on vacation or out of the office but my file was "on my desk". To date he has done nothing in tune with his promises, returned any calls, nor refunded my money. Do not use this service this guy is a fraud and this is a scam.
