See Blue Pools is a Ripoff and and is the reason this site was created. To warn you of this type of crooked businesses. Jerry Moren promisses you the world and great craftmanship until he gets a contract agreement and then it falls apart from there. He hardly showed up to manage contractors. The kidney shape pool he built for me was built to the wrong dimensions. I specifically went over the dimensions on a drawing with him and he shorted me on the width by 5 feet! The pool looked like a peanut! He had finished the gunite and refused to fix it. All he* brooke loose! He he came to my house with his wife and a camera to record the disagreement. He lost his temper and cussed me out calling me a crook. The camera quickley went off and he stormed out never to see him again. He did not finish the pool and he walked away with 2/3 of the payment. He had the audacity to demand the last payment. The contractors felt bad because they know how crooked he is. They said they never get paid from him and you can only talk to him before noon because he gets drunk and yells after that. I had to work it out with the contractors to enlarge the pool and also hire another pool contractor to complete the rest of the deck and hook up the pool. I thought about sueing but that would have prolonged the problem and cost me more time and money that it was worth. I think Jerry bets on that. What a mess.
