Nothing more to say then rip-off. I canceled my flowers on the same day i ordered them which was on 12/27. Still as we speak never received my refund yet. The customer service rep are very nasty. I asked to speak to a supervisor waited 15 mins then finally i got drant on the phone and he was not so nasty nor did he help me. I am now writing a letter to mr mayer the owner of this horrible company. If there really is a mr mayer. Do not buy from this company.
