These people send out mailings claiming to be renewal notices for magazines you actually do subscribe to. It is scary that they are able to get this information.

They charge prices higher than the actual subscription prices and try to fool you into thinking this is your renewal notice.

You should contact them and demand no further contact. You also might want to report them to your state and/or local consumer affairs board.
