Had I never been there, I would not have been offended

I've been a person of the shop for over 13 years—atleast. Every salesperson within this shop understands me or my experience. I'm there once per week and occasionally t / my 83-year old mom-in law. I recognize you will find regulations that must definitely be followed, and might have never requested—except that the workers have approved the card &without requesting &on prior events. They realize that I look after her and do her buying, which we enjoy the very fact, that you simply have available islands that her wheelchair and enter quickly. Skip Georgia, that has waited on-US numerous occasions, declined to consider the card after I informed her that it had been my mom-in-laws. She named Neglect Ivory, who again declined. I gave them "OUR" bank card and taken care of the item—and not was previously requested to determine my id. Had I never been there, I'd not have already been upset. After 13 years, I'm upset. I arrived home and described the problem to my spouse who named the financial institution to create me "the official individual towards the consideration." This issue shouldn't have happened, however now you're out-of an excellent client &and my mom-in law, and that I am out-of among my personal favorite stores. I'm 60 yrs old and that I anticipate an apology.
