Mr Dale Anderson is just another shady character in the real estate industry.

He posts ads all over the country but does little in his own market. Markets as a "Ride Along" but is anything but that.

Uses words like "unique" and "new" but there is nothing new or unique about his program.

There was no "numerous, proven strategies" only same one used by many other investors.

Did NOT build any kind of "dream team".

His pre-screening took DAYS and lose out on what possible deals you do find.

So there was NO "actually participate & profit" because Mr Anderson was NOT a doer as he says he is looking for. Double standard. He is looking for people to pay him and then he quits on you.

As for his "Six month Performance GUARANTEE"... Joke. He quits and doesn't return messages.

I did the work, I sent him leads and waited, and waited days for reply's and lost out on deals. Then after 3 months and no unique strategy, no valid contract for my state (I had to create and provide the contracts), he QUITS!!! So left high and dry and out $3k. So having to seek refund after other means as he has NO references, no address.

So, I would not use him. If I was you, I would avoid him, save yourself the hassle, and the lose of $3k. If you are still considering it, seek references, get an address from him and make sure you have a way to seek a refund after he pulls the same on you.
