I called Mr. Anderson whom, july7 helped me in resolving my billing dispute with Cox about my internet charges (84.99) instead of the correct price (39.99), however during Internal audit we discover that Cox had been over charging us (50.00) per month. I called Mr. Owen Anderson Sr. And to my surprisefound out he did not correct the bill as we agreed and he promised since he was Customer Retention Department (Amazingly). I asked to talk to his supervisorand he said "She would not only listen to you but she would listen to me too"Mr. Anderson Sr. Was determined to lose my contract, when I asked shouldn't he be trying to keep as a customer he replied " you signed a three year contract with Cox you can not break it " i called Ms. Robertson (his Supervisor) she returned my call after i left three different messages in four days. After i faxed her the e mails and a copy of the contract between myself and Mr. Anderson Sr. She told that she would not be able to help. "sorry Sir"
