Ronald G Nelson works great for a month or so, then he starts complaining, slacking off, tells employers he doesn't do duties that are specified in his contract, especially if it is a women telling him what to do, tries to get fired, or he quits in the middle of the day, leaving his employer hanging. Then after he quits or is fired he causes lot's of trouble.
Quits and takes the money you have given him for the day, until you call him and threaten to call the police if he doesn't return it.
Keeps keys to your vehicle till you have the police go to his home and retrieve them for you. Doesn't report damages he does to your vehicle.
He Cusses constantly, refers to women he works with by names I would never mention, is totally insubordinate, rude, and crude.
Makes embellished claims to agencies that oversee your companies safety and health inspections after he quits or is fired.
