Overcharged for cleaning & inspection fees when we vacated the property

We vacated one of their properties after living there for only one year. They charged us:
$125 for a medium clean
$125 for touchup paint & patch nail holes
$25 for a reinspection (we never scheduled and inspection)
$16.74 loose toilet seat
$15.00 for the outside light globe (the wind blew it off during a storm)
$20.00 for a processing fee
$4.95 for 1 missing door stop
After living there for only one year—we knew we were on the list for base housing so we only hung a few pictures. Those were mainly in the living room. We patched all holes before we vacated. I had someone come in and clean along with us because we knew we were not going to be able be around for the inspection. You are required to received your deposit or a list of itemized deductions within 30 days according to Texas apartment association. The letter sent was postdated on the 31st day.
