Took money out of my bank account "WITHOUT PERMISSION"

When disputing a bill (which they screwed up before) for trash removal services a very rude and obnoxious young lady named "Nicole" argured with me over billing. Upon the conclusion of our conversation, and with no agreement reached, they decided upon their own to take (steal) over $800.00 out of my bank account. They used the credit card number I had given them before to make a payment. I dont know about you but if I took over $800.00 out of someones bank account I would be in jail. WTF, If this happens to you Good Luck! The Bank was no help getting my money back, The police were no help, The BBB was no help either, they (BBB) simply said "the girl said you told her it was ok" Well I'm here to tell you that was a LIE. So what about what I say? Am I supposed to roll over and lie down because I'm the little guy? I NEVER approved Stevens Disposal or "Nicole" to take over $800 out of my bank account. Not now, Not then, and Not ever. I'am now looking into small claims court, but not sure If I can afford to or not.

P.S. If any lawyers would like to sue them, I would love to take them to court.
