Stole my $ from all of my bank account sterling

AOL took out of my checking and Visa even though I canceled. I have all of the documents to prove in Court, if I am needed. On 8-31-06 they took out 3 separate amounts of money. My visa bank won't help me and they still say I needed to make a payment even though I did not cause this problem. Now I have a canceled visa all due to aol. AOL refused to credit my accts. I would love to get my money back, and join a class action suit.

Would someone please help me get my money back plus all of the bank fees! I have solid evidence that would be admited in court. AOL must have a license to steal. If i did that to someone's personal account i would be in jail for fraud
