Took money out of my account with out my approvel Ripoff

I do not know this company i dont know what there about and they went into my account and took out 159.00 with out my permission i fine this very rude that they did this i've told my bank that i dont know where this came from that i didnt do this i just opened my account the 29th of march and this happend the 30th i've tried to get ahold of them threw the 800 number but no answer then i tryed the internet no luck my bank has even tryed but no luck so what am i to do here some one please help me i am a single mother im on fip were i get 361.00 a month to leave on i cant afford to lose 159.00 to these people
