Bad customer service and no support

In Nov. Of 2007 I bought a 58" tv for 1948.00. It had been for my ill mom and her convalescent brother.in August of not really annually later, it is out. For a whole month we waited to get a sevice technition in the future out and repair it, per the guarantee. We'd been already in touch with the shop salesman just before this. After waiting such a long time we chose to consider It in to the shop, and perhaps trade or obtain a return. The Supervisor on-duty was John Risse. Robert declined to switch or return anything. Actually he actually named law enforcement on me since I advised some clients of ABC Warehuoses "no-return, No Reimbursement policy. Today my mom needs to sit-in her crowded room, as she recovers from cancer, to look at Television. Just-so everybody knows this shop is situated on 10-mile and Southfield Rd.in Michgan.
