I purchased. A new lift master garage door opener & 2 remotes for $525 cash no NYC taxes collected. The door constantly has problems. It opens 2 or 3 times a day on its own putting my property at risk. As a single female senior citizen he refuses to fix the problem or replace what appears to be a defective motor. He will not answer my calls. Fax number does not work. I went to address listed and no company was there. Please help
