Fraudulent billing

I thougth all I was paying for was the shipping and handling charge for a free sample of their product. When I received it, I found a they were going to send me a 120 day supply for my convienience when I never gave authorization for them to charge my credit card for that specific order.

I had to tell my bank to stop payment on it. So, now I have to pay a few of $20 for something this company did to me. I feel violated. This company is bogus! You can't even reach them by phone. You get a message that is clearly a cellphone and they tell you the mailbox is full. How convenient. Also, if you call past their business hours, you will receive a recording to call back at 9 A.M. Central time. When you do, you get this recorded message and can't leave message cause the mailbox is full. I hope these people get what they deserve.
