IP-RX Connect, Charged my bank Account twice (total $380) - never sent product pills. Ripoff

I was solicited by phone to reorder pills. I agreed. My shipping address was given. My credit card was charged. ($190) on 6/21/07. I never received a thing.

I started tracking what had happened. When I called the phone number (605-413-4728) on my credit card charge, I was redirected to a website live-operator.com. I submitted a ticket for refund (or the product). I was asked for more information that I then provided. Then no response once all the information was submitted. Kept sending emails.

Slyly, on the date I was finally to have resolution to my "ticket" 8/3/07, my credit card was charged AGAIN for $190. And AGAIN, I didn't receive anything.

I tracked down a phone number to live-operator.com (also liveoperator) which supposedly is located in Saint Kitts. The Customer Service phone number is 1-650-249-5280. When that number is called, you get a recording that "the company is located in Australia, is only open 8-5Australia Eastern time, and to leave a message with your information and someone will get back to you. But of course, the mailbox is full so you are unable to leave a message. Australia Eastern time, is approximately 14 hours ahead of US EST. So I just called again (US time = 10:34 pm; Aust EST 12:34 pm) and of course no one answers, and the mailbox is still full. I am of course disputing the charges with my bank.

But buyers BEWARE. IP-RXCONNECT will continue to charge your bank account MULTIPLE TIMES and attempt to get away with it. You may have to close your account to stop the charges.
