Stealing from the disabled

I am on disability and therefor I am on a fixed income. I ordered their sample and payed $4.75 for shipping and handling. That I could afford. The next month a debit appeared on my account for $89.40! I called my bank and they said it was Green Tea Pro that was charging my account. I told them I never authorized that so they are disputing the charges. When I call the company, they ask you to leave a message in their mailbox and then you get a message that their mailbox is full! I swear! Has anyone contacted Oprah yet?
