Ripoff many mistakes on their part add up to many dollars taken from my account

I ordered 2 phones on the share plan. I get the first phone 3 days after placing my order and i did not receive the other phone until 30 days later. I did not receive the phones that i ordered and i was also assigned the wrong area code for my location.

The area code liberty assigned me was long distance for me. I called and litterally argued the csr about the wrong area code. Liberty told me i was "wrong" then i got billed twice which bounced my account with $375.00 worth of bounced checks. I phoned liberty and they admit that they were at fault but still have not returned my money.

I then went to use my phone on an emergency because my daughter had been taken to the hospital to only find out that my phone wasn't working for some reason. I called liberty and they stated that they finally switched my phone to the correct area code. They had me and my husbands phone listed on seperate plans, that should have been a shared plan. Then when the re-assigned our phones with the correct area code numbers, liberty then had me listed as having 4 seperate accounts 2 old numbers with wrong area codes and 2 new numbers with the correct area codes totaling 4 seperate accounts in which they keep charging me for.

I still have seen no money and i am still dealing with this problem. I want to find as many people as possible and hire an attorney for fraud... My bank told me that they have had alot of fraudulent activity with this company and that i should find more victims of this company and we should hire an attorney... Please contact me because this is unfair practice.
