No More Balances, Eliminate Credit Card Debt With No More Payments could be a ripoff

I haven't sent any money to these people, but I would like to add that anyone recieving an e-mail like this needs to be cautious. The name of the company in my e-mail was Executive marketing group INC. When you click on the affiliates link the company name is the Total Access Team. I have done a little research, but haven't been able to find anything on this company. If anyone has any information on this company or about this e-mail please make a post.
