Jim Shetterly owes $500 on business contract and won't respond to e-mails

Jim Shetterly and JAMA Marketing Group were to perform telemarketing services for my debt settlement company. Jim and JAMA were to be paid a commission based on performance and $500 was advanced to show good faith on my part.

JAMA Marketing Group was contractually obligated to re-pay the advance within 30 days of signing the telemarketing contract. Once the 30th day came around I rarely heard from Jim Shetterly and when I did he would always say he was just about to start the marketing campaign and that "the check was in the mail."

I have given Jim numerous opportunities to make arrangements to pay me but it is obvious that Jim Shetterly and JAMA Marketing Group have no interest in fulfilling their obligations.

Do not use jama marketing group and least of all do not give them any money up front!!!
