Customer Service Won't Respond

Requested a set of Hello Kitty foot clothes to get a joke gift. Obtained a Striped Horn Snood cap instead. Adopted Hot Topics methods to demand a return and alternative via email. No reply from customer support. They've a function on the site - "Keep in Touch With the Leader." The Leader and President of Hot Subjects is known as Lisa Harper. Obviously Ms. Harper experienced the Client Support team because she does not react both. Hot Matters is favored by the adolescent group with numerous retail mall places in the united states, but I truly would not suggest online purchases from Hot Issues given that they do not uphold their support or repair their errors.
