I've frequently requested from Bloomingdale's for a long time. I've never needed to cope with their customer support division so far however. I have to return a Holiday present that I purchased for my spouse that does not match. I've invested many times returning and forth with Customer Support on the best way to obtain a alternative Product Return type. Today they're showing me they'll email me one, however it will require 10 times. (At Nordstrom you are able to produce one online instantly for almost any of one's purchases).
