Account manager / Phil Coxwel this company scammed me after checking to make sure it was a real company

This company had sent me a letter in the mail with a payroll check, before I cashed it I looked into the companany along with their bank to make sure it was ligit.
Turned out it was, but only untill they saw I had deposited the check and followed every instruction on the paper. I wired $950.00 from the check, turns out they had no money in their account to cover the deposit I made, which gave them $1396.50 from my husband and I account. Due to this our account has been drained. I have tried to contact Mr. Coxwel but repeatly hangs up. Their bank will not give me any informations about this company.
