Fraud check in the mail beware

Beware false checks coming in the mail. This check #46745 in the amount of $3,575.00, they ask you to deposit or cash it, take $2,900.00 t pay disbursment and processing fees of a home improvement grant #US-CAN2010GRANT-010-2668. The grant is in the amount of 25,000.00.
You have to call claim manager Frank Williams at 1-289-82-3761 and give him your claim number to activate the check.
Last week I received another check from DELTA GROUP IT; from same telephone #1-289-3159. This one wasfor $1,993.00, this one came for a mystery shopper assignment (2) one at western union and the other at a, store, where you buy, keep what you buy and submit a report. Conclution I opened an account, deposited the
the check, and it didn't went through. I ended up with my name ruined, I have to pay the bank $22.00, and I am banned from ever opening an account in that bank.
I called George Coxwel at the number above, he said he will take care of it, I haven't heard from him yet.
