Long story short, I signed up for business coaching. After first class, I knew this is not what I was looking for so requested a refund as per Heather's policy on her website: http://www.heatherpicken.com/moneymiracle/, where it clearly mentions this:
If before the 2nd class you decide that the program is not for you then I will happily refund your money out of
my own pocket. Ok?

It has been over a month and three requests made via email directly to Heather and she has not honored the request.initially I felt I might sign up for her one-to-one coaching sessions but after see how she ignores you after she has been paid, I would not trust her.
