Long story short. I signed up for Heather's business coaching. After her first class, i felt this is not what I was looking for. On her sign up page: http://www.heatherpicken.com/moneymiracle / she mentioned that she will honor full refund request if requested before her second class. I have asked her three times to refund the fees and it has not been done so far. I had an intention to come back to her as a client later on for one-to-one coaching but after this incident I do not trust her.
