Ripped off and want a refund non of the products fit our products

I received a call to order 12 rolls of paper 3 1/8 x 120 which do not fit our registers and 50 cleaning cards which doesn't clean anything we have and was charged for it ripped off cant get ahold of any one for a refund even tho I have a 1 800 numbe
