Called my home warranty group AHS having heating problems got a call from Oxford Heat and air I told them what was wrong and what was needed a blower motor burned up they sent out chad who took one tool of his truck a drill driver to take the unit apart obvious the motor burned up started looking for reasons not to fix it then told AHS lack of maint caused failure He never had any intentions of fixing it when he arrived unit was cleaned in the spring by another A/C company
