This company is company is dishonest in its representation of product and quantities offered attempts to rectify met with incredible resistance avoid dealing with them

I ordered from their catalog advertising a craft for children that included 4 paintable vases for a price or 29.95. When I recieved the product there were only 3 vases and an empty indentation for the 4th. I attempted to explain my situation to customer service repeatedly and was told that the printer made a mistake in the catalog and that there was only supposed to be 3 vases. When I tried to have them pay for returning the product I was told that that was my responsibility even though they were duplicitous in their advertising. Most frustrating was the insistance that they bore no responsibility for the error in the catalog - ironically in a business that is mostly. I would never deal with this company again and would advise others to do the same in order to avoid the hassle I had to put up with - especially when any other companies of similar model have always been accomadating.
