Plow & Hearth is a catalog company offering Home Living goods. I need to return an item due to an error in their catalog falsely representing the item. I have been trying for EIGHT WEEKS to have the issued resolved and the company has yet to come through on its many promises to send me a pre-paid shipping label. They also claim that they cannot e-mail or fax me a shipping label even though that is quite common among other catalog order companies.in response to my level of dissatisfaction, they claim to have scheduled two separate UPS pick-ups to have the item picked up directly from my door. Neither pick-up has occurred, and my last contact with them promised me that the pick-up would be coming in approximately TWO WEEKS! Unacceptable!

Avoid this company unless you are sure of what you are purchasing. But then again, the misprints in their catalog make that impossible.
