Do notbuy a contract with them, it is completely worthless

At the conclusion of 5-year agreement, posted 26 pages of preservation, possession, and usage declaration for them for reimbursement of item cost. They refuse the state since I skipped an oil-change by 2 times. The agreement claims oil-change every 4 weeks, but I did so one about the 30th, the other about the 28, the other about the 30th. Our poor.instantly I'm the disappointment within the program. DON'T purchase a deal together. It's totally useless.
