This company is dangerous! I hired him to install a tankless water heater, found him on service magic by the way, into condo and we constantly had problems with the unit. When it was inspected by the city found that the unit was very unsafe. There was gas leaking from every connection and was not fastened to the wall well. He said he would fix everything, but never did. The unit fell off the wall and carbon monoxide was releasing into the attic of the condo. The gas leaking and the carbon monoxide could have killed people if I did not get another company in there to fix this since he never attempted to fix it. I did take him to court and win by default because he never showed, but this man should be shut down for his lack of competency. When you put that many people in danger that should be an automatic shut down of a company.
