Scam! Will keep billing you without authorization Internet

I signed up for one month of service with Care.com for $35 on Nov. 4. I was billed for that month, now I've been billed a second month, which I did not sign up for, on Dec. 4. This company illegally and without authorization debited my bank account a second time for service I did not sign up. I signed up for one month of service in November and nothing more.

I have emailed the company and filed a complaint with the BBB. Care.com gave me a choice of signing up for one month, one year and another length of time I don't recall, something like 3 or 6 months. I signed up for one month because I only needed it to a dog sitter for a few weeks while I was travelling on business out of state.

It turns out I didn't take my dogs and never used the service, but that's beside the point. Care.com debited my account in Nov. 2011 for the month I signed up and then debited my account in Dec. 2011 for service I did not sign up. This apparently is a common complaint about Care.com that I was unaware of. I advise people not to use this service. I am notifying my bank that I have the victim of fraudulent billing by Care.com.
