I signed up for one month on Care.com on January 2, because I had a short term need.

I paid for the one month of service by credit card. I come to find out that I have been charged $37.45 per month when that month ran out. I was not using the site for that time.

The rep. That I spoke to at Care.com was not helpful and the only thing he did was credit me back $37.45 for the month of May (which we are only 3 days in).

What a total scam!
