Publicly accused, criminalized and defamated in front of my son by management and saleswoman

I was just publicly disgraced, accused and criminalized for having excessive returns, returning damaged merchandise and they failed to see proof of purchase on some items using my order history. All, mind you in front of my very young son and the entire store since the managers made possible the entire store was witness. How can i get restitution and all staff involved fired? My searches for the upper management emails and numbers came up empty, can anyone take my case?
