Ripoff very rude want money provide no service deceptive

I noticed that money was missing from my checking account, so I decided to go over it very carefully. I found an entry for ABD Long Distance on it in the amount of $59.78. I called them to see what it was all about and they told me I signed up for it 2 years ago. I remember getting a card in the mail and it had a trial period on it. I tried to call my daughter twice, but it didn't work. I called several times to cancel it, but always got a busy signal. They made sure you could not call back to cancel. I would never agree to pay that much for long distance calls. I have a cell & house phone and the only long distance call I make is to my daughter who lives about 25 miles from me.

I don't know how they got ahold of my debit card. I have been paying $59.78 a month for two (2) years for a service I didn't even know I had. I never used it, except for the two calls that didn't go through. They have collected almost $1,500 from me in the past two years.

Looking back at my bank statements I see that they used different names. Not once in the two years did they ever contact me to inform me of their service. No paperwork trail.
