Fort Worth Mail Service Package not delivered correctly. Postman could care less

Expecting a package to be delivered to my address on 12-8. Daily I checked the website for tracking information. Item to be delivered on the 8th of December. Thursday afternoon at 3pm I check mail. No package just a couple letters. Home all evening. Check online to view status late in evening, delivery shows for 5:13 pm. Umm? Nothing.

Thursday morning call my local post office on Mark IV. I'm routed to another location. Rena helps me by replying she will contact the carrier and get back to me. I call back. Nothing. At 4pm I call and request to speak with Rena.

She told me she called MY CARRIER and has not heard back. She says she had over 30 calls today. (wonder why USPS is going under) WHY wait so long to hear from carrier? This could have been resolved today. Asked for HER supervisor. Spoke to Lewis I requested him to reach my carrier. He returned my call about 5:30pm. My carrier told him he left key in mailbox. Wrong. Mailbox I suppose. Come on, how hard could this be? Why shows delivery at 5:13pm and mail here before 3? Supervisor told me carrier to return tomorrow to find where he delivered key. I dont think he should have waited. And why did he (mailman) not reply earlier? He could have taken care of this TODAY! Now mailman off tomorrow and I'm left here without my package. I am getting no real help! I asked what Im to do once the mailman can't figure this out. I believe mailman really screwed up! Was told I could file a compliant or talk to consumer affairs.

Can't get complaint sight to work online. No one seems to care about my package. Can't they use gps to find out if he returned at 5:13 to deliever package? I doubt he did. I think I'm a victim of fraud.

It's the job of the mailman to deliver mail. I do my job, what's up with this?

I believe this could have been taken care of today and if my package was actually delivered I should have it! I'm gettin no help by anyone that cares!
