Not receiving pictures

Really upset with York Picture at this time! I requested family images that I'd absorbed per month before. I had been thinking about providing them with as Holiday presents to my children members this season. I still haven't obtained them!!! I've created 4 telephone calls, delivered 2 e-mail and oTrying one handwritten notice. Looking to get touching York Picture is extremely challenging since they're truly called Area Picture so it's extremely difficult to obtain their telephone number. After I eventually got touching somebody in customer support these were really rude. Each individual I talked with explained to attend a few more times and call-back. They offered me a following range for my purchase also it exhibits the purchase acquired and also the last area was in Memphis, TN on November 23. It's today Dec 8 and that I just reside 3 hrs from Memphis, TN. Nevertheless customer support explained to hold back. I simply again got from the telephone with York Picture customer support and also the woman explained there is nothing that she could do about this since when the purchases are acquired by whatever provider they're utilizing it isn't any longer York Photography's obligation. Whoa!!! I'll never cope with York Picture again and that I will soon be getting into contact using the BBB!!!
