Hot check ripoff artist

This company will tell you whatever you want to hear and will run the wheels off of your truck. Then will pay you with a hot check (I Have three totaling $ 4266.33 and they will not make them up. Tell me that they will have to pay them a little at a time. And that if i pushed for payment they would file bankrupcy and I would not get anything. Also was told that the company furnished liability and cargo as well as physical damage. After I contacted the ins carrier the agent told me that they had no record of my trucks being insured.

They owe in excess of 30,000 to me and other owner operators and a sum to the company drivers, who was told that if they quit the would not get their money
