Chris / agent who handles accounts. Leases beware this company will lease you a Futher forclosed home... And there making Big money doing it

My husband and I were victams of Realpropertymangament of virgina bch, Va. Beware of Chris and Sean. There a tag team. We sign a lease to own in sept and gave $2,000 down this would go toward the princple of the home. We lived there for almost a year. When June. Came we got a summons to evict from the home for it was in forclossure and was being sold on the court steps. Will we told chris bout and they claimed they knew nothing. And we had 2 months to find a place to live. I guess the owner of the house borrowed money and never paid his bank back. So we ask for our 2,000 back and they said we could put it toward one of there other homes for rent. Which never happened. O.K. Give us our money back. Chris said he couldn"t. Cause the owner spent it. Rippeoff. Well 2 months later. I see the house for rent again. On craigslist. Talk abot being MAD.

So should i confront them / and we want our 2,000$ back... They are nothing but a scam. So now were in a house paying 1,150$ rent and what a dump. We had to find a place to live real quick. All I know is we were really put in a bad spot... Helpp.
