Do not do business with these people who are part of the Platinum Storage Group. If you mail in your rent they will hold the payments for days and sometimes weeks without depositing them while charging you late fees, fees for putting a lock on your unit, and then telling you they are going to sell all of your belongings if you don't pay the fraudulent fees they put on your account. Contacting does absolutely no good as they change management like the wind changes directions, and most of them are a*holes who just order you to pay the fees or they will sell your property.
