Every since I moved into my home in November it ha been. Nothing but problems. First sign was my move in date was November 4th and because at the last minute they wanted to change the carpet and to they surprise the basement had mold. So here I am ready to move told I could move and kept coming by. Checking on the house n to my surprise whoever was redoing the basement caught a fire so I was set back even longer. That unconvinced me a lot I told my apartment owner I would be out by the 4th I ha absolutely no communication from them I had no idea when I was gonna be able to move or anything everytime I called and asked they had no answer until finally they email me at the end of November and tell me I can move so here it is on thanksgiving I'm moving and I finally get settled in. I moved in on nov25th and bam it started on the 27th they tried to pull rent and I was only here for two days should of been a sign then they gave me a sobb ass story i paid up even afte I paid my security deposit what was that for then. Ok so every now and then I kept getting harassing phone calls from the office bout me payin the water bill I told them I was gonna pay it they threating if I didn't they was gonna evict me I said to be honest wit u my lease say only utilies I have to pay is gas and lights. It don't say anything about Water but I paid off and then they lied and said I wasnt keeping up with te lawn and the owner had gotten ticketed for it I knew that was a lie cause the owner lawn guy came and cut the grass once a week. And they told me that they was gonna pull 200 dollars outta my account for the ticket I said I wanted to see a ticket never seen it and then my bank held my money my account was on hold they tried to pull rent and couldn't because of the hold charged me late fees I called and explained to them thu Said they was understanding and sent me a eviction notice but told me to ignore it and then one day I get a call from a real estate worker he owner wanna sell the home because they contract will be up with market place mind been I was only here 6 months and now it's been 8 months n I gotta go through the process of looking for a new home regardless what my lease say I will never ever rent from them again I have been harassed and always getting inconvience because of there unorganized company..
