The Gap/Crazy 8
Refund Policy

Shops, Products, Services

My complaint and reason I will never again shop Crazy 8 - online or retail outlet. I could not find receipt from an online purchase, so I printed out the receipt the company had forwarded when I placed my order. This receipt not only shows a picture of the item, the price I paid, but also includes the last 5 digits of the credit card I used. This is not sufficient to return any item and be credited for the amount I spent. It's basically like returning an item without any receipt at all.

I suspect most consumers frequent many stores each day that, in fact, don't want or need your receipt if you purchased with a credit card. I think that's because we are in the 21st century - unfortunately Crazy 8 and Gap or not.in fact, I would venture to say they don't know the meaning of customer service.

I will never purchase from this retailer again. They are obviously not concerned about losing customers but, believe me, I suspect they will lose some because I work/deal with the public daily and will not hesitate to share my experience. Once again, it's buyer beware!!!
