I was ordered a Lexington Hairmax Lasercomb - Premium 2011 model, for my thinning hair. It had a 5 month money-back guarantee. It didn't work.

I have called and e-mailed the company about ten time in the past two weeks. No one has called me back. No one has returned my e-mails. Their telephone voice-mail message hasn't changed: "We are currently experiencing higher-than-usual call volumes...".

The 5 months has now expired. $319 has now been wasted.

The only time someone has been reached was when the item was ordered. His name was Nick. "Nick" hasn't responded since.
