My crew worked for him in Sept and its almost Feb and he hasn't paid a dime

Nick seems like a nice guy but when its time to get paid you can never get ahold of him, Im not the only one he owes, we cleaned up mistakes for him and he has the nerve to complain about our work and not even pay us, I think he makes it up so he can excuse himself from paying people that work for him, I brought 3 guys to work for Nick two guys even stayed extra late to help him get some work that was done incorrectly straightened out and we never saw a dime he owes my company over a grand. It might not seem like much but its the principle, especially in this economy you dont mess with people trying to feed their families and pay their mortagages while guys like Nick are out getting drunk.
