Us interiors Hired me as a sub-contractor never paid. They got paid started new business. Sacammers popping up all over country

Started as Wesley Mills Construction. Then he (Wesley Mills) didn't pay his taxes so he reopened under US interiors LLC under his fiancee's name. Because she is a woman they claim minority owned business benefits. (She is just a front, my 3 year old daughter knows more about construction than she does) That's when they hired me to do some sub-contracting work. I completed the jobs, they got paid and I didn't. Since I refused to do another job until I got paid, they used the money to hire some people and start a "marketing" company under the name US Innovations Inc. They called people and offered roof work from a roofing company from TN to people in the Dallas area. They have/had their call people tell homeowners that they don't have to pay deductible!!! (As far as I know that's illegal) As far as I know they are still doing it. Their own "Lawyer" told me that they were changing employees "every week" due to lack of pay. Then they tried to get married in Oklahoma (because of his legal issues with the IRS (I assume) and they failed. It took them another trip to finally get married. Finally 'they opened a "roofing shingle recycling center" and the first one got shut down for enviromental concerns of the city of Denton TX. And now I find this:

Which tells me they are opening up all over!!! Somebody need to stop these people. Her name is Wendy Harris now Wendy Mills Harris. Her Linkedin profile names her " Minority Woman of the year 2011". Surprising since she was selling used cars in Trophy Nissan all of 2010!! I tried complaining to the minority people in Dallas and I was shut down pretty quick. Same with the people that deal with insurance fraud (Comptroller) but got nowhere. They seem to always send you to someone else. Be aware, Do NOT do bussines with them. You will get scammed. They are becoming proffesionals at this and know how to get around. Specially since authorities turn a blind eye. He will talk himself out of murder.
