I apply for position for flyer posting in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, NY.

The business card" High Security"-24 Hr Locksmith

He claimed, he needed to see if I could keep up in posting cards, and would give me only 3 hours of work. I finished in 1 hour and called him, He tells me to go home and call him at 7pm. Upon calling the number, the message no longer has the name Eli (although he told me Benny) but is nothing but noise. So I call the locksmith number on the card. He answers and tells me don't call him again. When I call him back his message too is noise.

I search online, there is no website, no location. Are these people even licensed?
