SNM TEAM, LLC NEVER RECEIVED ITEM - credit card was billed $45.75, but item was never received!

My order was placed on July 9th, which happens to be 142 days from today's date. On July 25th, I was sent a phony U.S. Postal Service code which never showed any activity about my item being shipped. I e-mailed Vizeau "support" on August 28th and, on the next day August 29th, was told the following: "We cannot explain why your package shows no progress since we shipped it. We will send you a duplicate of your order this week. Our apologies for this delay." Needless to say, I have still not received my order. I was promptly billed $45.75 when I first placed my order.

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT do ANY business with this company. Vizeau will steal your money! I will do all that I can to spread the word about these thieves.
