Horrible Customer Service

I named the neighborhood NTB In New Martinsville Wv to request aid with wheels for my vehicle. The very first man blew me off stating simply access it the web for that. I discussed that I currently had and couldnt obtain the right-size tire on the webpage. Then he got my quantity and stated he'd call-back. He never did!!! And so I called back later within the evening and spoke to a different man who had been rude the moment he responded the telephone. I described everything once again. He also explained the web website. I told him the same concerning the tire size. I asked about specific order. He explained no. I then stated you don't promote any size 16 wheels? Then he set me on-hold for 20 minute. Returned without any solution with no aid. Won't ever move there for-anything again!!!
